Our stand-alone Order and Pay platform has been designed for those that can’t have, don’t need or want to pay for an integrated system. It doesn’t require any new equipment or up-front expense and can be up and running in days if not hours.

Orderbee Stand-alone is a low-cost Click & Collect and at-table Order & Pay service.

Easy to use and access – just set up your account, upload your menu items, and share your listing with customers.

An in-venue dashboard that works on a phone or tablet is used to manage orders. And all of this comes with the Standard package.

Click & Collect

Take collection and delivery orders via a simple web interface:

  • Customers choose from your available items and collection or delivery slots.
  • Payment is made via Debit or Credit Card.
  • A message tells them when their food is ready and safe to collect.

Order & Pay

When customers can come back and dine in, they can do so safely:​

  • Full At Table ordering via a mobile website.
  • Payment is made via Debit or Credit Card.
  • Customers can even order and pay ahead and just walk in and eat.

Operator app

Available via mobile or tablet, the operator app allows you to:

  • Set up your account and edit your menu and prices.
  • Select available slots then add a PayPal account via a webpage. You're ready to take orders!
  • Track and manage your live orders via an in-venue dashboard.

Bees only do a few things, but they do them very well. They’re quick, they’re pivotal in the production of food and they’re soft and cuddly. What’s not to like?

An email address, a PayPal account and a mobile phone. It really is that simple.

No, none from us. If you’re part of our aggregated platform you pay OrderBee a flat rate of between £80 and £100 per month per site whether you have 1 sale or 10,000 sales per month. There are payment fees direct from PayPal for each transaction which range from 1.2-2.9%+30p (depending on the payment method). 

We’re using PayPal. It’s trusted, it’s secure and it’s quick for both us and you. All you need to start trading is a PayPal account (and if you don’t have one you can sign up for one during the sign up journey) – using PayPal also means we don’t need to “touch” any of your money, it’s all handled by them.

No, our stand-alone solution doesn’t work with your existing EPOS, if you need a till integration please consider our Integrated service.

Our payment partner on the Orderbee platform is Paypal. Other payment partners can be integrated, but only via our Integrated service.
